Portland Jetport Adds Six Destinations

Good news for my home base airport PWM as they announce six new non-stop destinations on United. Starting May 27th you will be able to fly to Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, and Pittsburgh. This brings much needed connections to Portland and makes United the airports largest airline by destinations served with ten nonstop services. As with much of the service out of Portland, these flights are seasonal for the summer travel boom.

Along with this new destinations, United is also expanding its existing weekend Denver flight to daily on June 4th.

United joins Delta and Frontier in bringing new or returning service to the Jetport now that travel is resuming. Delta will be launching service to Minneapolis on May 28th and Frontier is brining temporary service to Tampa in April and May.

Portland International Jetport (which still has no international destinations, btw) has service from nine airlines during peak summer service. You can view all airlines and nonstop destinations here.
